At Aluminium Warehouse, we strive to ensure your materials meet exact specifications, but if you are not satisfied, you can return standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut or bespoke fabricated products are non-refundable unless verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all metal surfaces are protected from scratches, and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.
Ship the Items
Send the package back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service; please retain your proof of postage as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
