How long does shipping typically take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery option for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we have no minimum order value. Whether you need a single small offcut or a bulk industrial shipment, we are happy to fulfill your order.
Can I return metal that has been cut to size?
Items that have been custom-cut to your specific dimensions are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Standard-sized stock items can be returned within 14 days.
How can I track my delivery?
